There is no doubt that the hospital management and the doctors provide outstanding health care, genuine care, and quality services. However, I am very concerned about the staff team which includes all staff members from reception to nursing. It wasn't cooperative, as we requested. Even when I came to the Hospital to ask about an appointment for a checkup, he gave us a time after one month, even though the customer was very serious. In fact, my father is a heart patient as well and she is well aware of that. However, she said that he must wait 3 to 4 hours for the checkup. Two times, I informed the hospital management about my concerns, but nothing changed. Suggestion: A few things need to be improved in terms of the availability of appointments and the training of the staff on how to interact with customers.

Very Bad experience admitted my mother in private plus room, she was having severe asthma attack and she was not given medicine for more than 2 hours and we were told that there was a delay from pharmacy side. She was critical at that time, doctor even prescribed he paracetamol drips but still that much delay. What if something happened to her, who was responsible? If this is the service you get after paying 30 k for a night then what should we do?

Doc and staff is very good competent, hospital is also equipped with latest techs. But i always feel while visiting OPD, even they give the time for opd individually still multiple times there is un necessary wait and mis management. I believe its the best hospital in Faisalabad so it should manage its OPD as much as possible. Their complaint department is also very very active. They try to support you as maximum. I will suggest if you get through any challenge call their complaint no#.

Shifa International Hospital Faisalabad is the actually very good and well standardized hospital in the area. It is a little costly but the treatment is ensured.
