I had a terrible experience at Prime Care Hospital, especially with Dr. Nadia Zubair. Initially, she seemed nice during the early months of my pregnancy, but as time went on, it became clear that her main focus was money rather than patient care. In my ninth month, she performed a C-section without my proper consent. Even worse, the hospital staff gave me spinal injections without informing or asking me. After my child’s birth, they administered the wrong medication and provided no guidance for me or my baby. As a first-time mother, I expected proper care and support, but instead, I was treated with negligence. The staff was unprofessional, and the overall experience was traumatic. This hospital operates like a business with no regard for patients’ well-being. I would never recommend Prime Care Hospital to anyone—they only care about making money, not about their patients

Had a very awful experience at this hospital. First, the management staff is very pathetic and they don't help you at all. Secondly, we had an appointment with a doctor and waited for more than an hour. But the doctor still didn't arrive. Then they told us to go to the private clinic of doctor but she wasn't even available there. I'll Never recommend anyone to go here.

This hospital doesn’t even deserve one star. It’s one of the worst places you could ever go to. They charge like a seven-star hotel, but the service and facilities are terrible. The washrooms are filthy and extremely smelly. I was charged 65,000 rupees for just seven hours in the most miserable room imaginable. Avoid this place at all costs.

I recently accompanied someone to Prime Care Hospital, and while I was not a patient myself, I observed the behavior of the staff closely. Unfortunately, the reception staff displayed a very unprofessional attitude, lacking basic courtesy and customer care. The experience at the medical store was even worse, with the staff coming across as rude and uninterested in helping. It feels like the focus here is more on extracting money than providing compassionate care. While the doctors seem competent and professional, the overall behavior of the support staff, including reception and pharmacy, reflects a greedy and uncaring attitude. Based on my observations, I wouldn't recommend this hospital unless significant improvements are made to how the staff treats patients and visitors. Two stars, mainly because of the doctors.

Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Hospital! I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at this hospital. The level of service was shockingly poor, and the staff appeared completely untrained and unprofessional. My mother was recommended a drip by the doctor, even though it was clearly unnecessary. This raised serious concerns about their medical judgment and ethics. To make matters worse, while inserting the cannula (bernola), the nurse carelessly jabbed the needle directly into the joint of her arm, causing her significant pain and discomfort. It was horrifying to witness such negligence and lack of basic medical skill. This kind of incompetence is not only unacceptable but dangerous. Patients come to hospitals for care and relief, not to suffer more. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this facility until they take responsibility for their staff’s training and overall service quality. One star is too generous for this kind of care.
