The doctors at the hospital were very good, but the staff can easily be ranked among the worst in Faisalabad. My experience was extremely bad, especially with the gynae ward staff, who were highly unprofessional. When our baby was shifted from the nursery to the gynae ward, the cleaning lady used a broom instead of a wet cloth for cleaning, causing severe dust issues for the baby. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and irresponsible. I would advise coming here for checkups but not for delivery cases.

Worst hospital to manage patience token before checkup. Waste of time. No advance appointment for gyne made on hospital official contact. No digital counter to trace your token for gyne doctor checkup. Reception staff blind the patient about when and how long ultrasound proceed and as well checkup. Planned or emergencies labour room not shared, patient is blind each and everything. No electronic recept give to patient where bill details like Dr. fee mention.

Money-minded treatment – only 2% spent on actual BP medicine I went to this hospital due to high blood pressure. Instead of giving proper care, they focused on unnecessary IV treatments to increase charges. Out of the total amount I paid, less than 2% was for the actual tablet used to lower my BP. The rest was spent on non-emergency IV meds like Risek and Methycobal, which could easily be taken orally. It felt like the whole setup was just to earn from short admission and medical supplies. Very unethical and disappointing experience.

AVOID this place. Waste of time and money. Went to see Dr. Khalid Amin butcher who admitted the patient and gave unnecessary medicine without any tests and investigation and the condition of the patient got worse. We got discharged by ourselves and left for some other hospital. Pathetic and usual ignorant behavior when you highlight their incompetency.

The facility houses a team of experienced doctors, including specialists like Dr. Wasim Ahmad, Dr. Fatima Nawaz, and Dr. Syed Ahmad Hassan, among others. Consultation fees range from Rs. 1,500 to Rs. 2,000, depending on the specialist. Patients have reported high satisfaction with the services, noting professionalism and quality care. However, as with many hospitals, it's advisable to confirm appointment availability and consultation times in advance.
